Shawnie is my dear friend, one of many in my close knit circle. We are all protective of each other, but we were all especially protective of Shawnie. There was just something about Ed, we knew we didn't have to worry. On an early Sunday morning, when she called me and asked me to do her wedding photos, I have to admit, there was squealing and jumping up and down.
Their wedding day, a Sunday afternoon, just a little over a month later, was so relaxed. Shawnie & Ed were so relaxed!! And the day, without the frills, without the anxiety, fit Shawnie & Ed's personality perfectly.
